OUR CORE
BELIEFS

THE BIBLE
We believe the Bible is a collection of 66 books, consisting of the Old and New Testaments. It is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It was written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and is the final authority for faith, doctrine, and Christian living. We believe Scripture reveals God’s nature, His redemptive plan, and His will for humanity.

JESUS CHRIST
We believe that Jesus is the eternal Son of God, and God manifest in the flesh, and through Him creation was spoken into existence. The full power of God was fully united with human nature by miraculous conception and virgin birth. Being both fully God and fully human, Jesus experienced the temptations and struggles of mankind and yet lived a sinless life in perfect obedience to God the Father.
We believe He voluntarily paid the price for the sins of all people by dying on the cross in their place, paying the full price for the sins of mankind, bringing salvation to all who trust in Him alone. After His physical death, Jesus physically and literally rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven to sit at the right hand of God the Father as the only intercessor between God and humans. We believe that Jesus will return again someday to earth to reign as King.
CREATION, MANKIND & SIN

We believe that God created the heavens and the earth and everything within them by His sovereign power and for His glory. Humanity was uniquely created in the image of God, designed for relationship with Him and entrusted with stewardship over creation.
Through the disobedience of Adam and Eve, sin entered the world, bringing spiritual separation from God and corruption to human nature. As a result, all people inherit a fallen nature and stand in need of redemption. Sin affects all humanity, making reconciliation with God possible only through His grace revealed in Jesus Christ.
We believe that redemption is accomplished solely through the saving work of Jesus Christ. Through His sacrificial death on the cross, Jesus paid the full penalty for sin, satisfying divine justice and providing forgiveness and reconciliation with God for all who believe. His resurrection confirms the victory over sin and death and secures eternal life for those who place their faith in Him. Redemption is a work of God’s grace, received by faith and not earned by human effort.
SALVATION

We believe that salvation is the gift of God offered to all people through Jesus Christ and received by grace through faith. Salvation begins with genuine repentance, a turning away from sin and a turning toward God, and faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Through salvation, believers are forgiven of sin, justified before God, and restored into right relationship with Him. This new life is not earned by human works but is the result of God’s mercy and grace.
We believe that those who are truly born again are eternally secure in Christ, being kept by the power of God and sealed by the Holy Spirit. Salvation is sustained not by human strength but by God’s faithfulness, assuring believers of eternal life through Jesus Christ
(Acts 3:19; Romans 10:9–10; Ephesians 2:8–9; John 10:28–29; Ephesians 1:13–14).
GIVING + GENEROSITY

We believe that giving is an act of worship, obedience, and trust in God. All that we possess ultimately belongs to Him, and we honor Him through faithful stewardship of our resources. Scripture teaches the practice of tithes and offerings as an expression of gratitude, faith, and covenant relationship with God.
We believe that the tithe and freewill offerings support the work of the Church, advance the gospel, care for those in need, and expand the Kingdom of God locally and globally. Giving is to be done willingly, cheerfully, and without compulsion, reflecting a heart transformed by grace. Generosity is both a spiritual discipline and a reflection of God’s generous nature toward us
(Malachi 3:10; Proverbs 3:9–10; 2 Corinthians 9:6–8; Acts 20:35).
COMMUNION + BAPTISM
We believe that water baptism and Holy Communion are sacred ordinances established by the Lord Jesus Christ for the Church.
We believe that water baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is an outward expression of an inward transformation. It publicly declares a believer’s repentance and faith in Jesus Christ and symbolizes identification with His death, burial, and resurrection. Baptism does not save, but it is an act of obedience that follows salvation and demonstrates a life surrendered to Christ
(Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3–4).
We believe that Holy Communion is a solemn and sacred remembrance of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Through the bread and the cup, believers proclaim the Lord’s death until He returns, reflecting on His body given and His blood shed for the forgiveness of sins. Communion is to be received with reverence, gratitude, and self-examination
(1 Corinthians 11:23–26).
THE TRINITY
We believe in one eternal God who exists as three distinct yet co-equal Persons: God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-eternal and indivisible in essence, power, and glory, fully united as one God. Each Person of the Trinity is fully God, not divided in nature, but distinct in person and function.
Together, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit work in perfect unity and harmony to accomplish God’s divine will and redemptive plan. The Father sends, the Son redeems, and the Holy Spirit regenerates and empowers, revealing the fullness of God’s nature and His desire to restore humanity into relationship with Himself. The Trinity has existed eternally and remains forever the complete and perfect expression of the one true God.
We believe that God the Father has existed eternally and is the author of time and creation. God demonstrated His power, wisdom, and goodness by creating the world and everything in it. Through His divine power and providence, God continues to sustain His creation, operating within history to fulfill His redemptive purposes. Throughout history, He has expressed his desire to be our God and have a personal, eternal relationship with us. God the Father gave His one and only Son as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins and, by His power, resurrected Him from the dead.
HOLY SPIRIT
We believe that the Holy Spirit is fully God, eternally co-equal with the Father and the Son, and is actively at work in the world today. He proceeds from the Father and reveals the Son, making the presence and power of God known among His people. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, drawing hearts toward repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe the Holy Spirit regenerates those who believe, indwells every believer, and continually works to transform them into the likeness of Christ. He guides believers into truth, strengthens their faith, and empowers them to live holy lives and fulfill God’s purposes on the earth. Through His presence, the Church is comforted, instructed, and equipped to carry out the mission of God with spiritual authority and power.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, an empowering work of grace available to every believer. We affirm that speaking in tongues, as the Spirit gives utterance, is one of many signs indicating initial evidence of this experience, consistent with the New Testament pattern. (Acts 2:4; 10:44–46; 19:6).
SPIRITUAL GIFTS
We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are given by God for the edification of the Church and the advancement of His Kingdom. These spiritual gifts are distributed by the Holy Spirit according to His will and are intended to strengthen believers, confirm the Word of God, and demonstrate His power.
We believe the gifts of the Spirit remain active and operative in the Church today, including gifts of wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discernment, tongues, and interpretation. The exercise of spiritual gifts must always function in love, in alignment with Scripture, and in submission to spiritual leadership and biblical order. Spiritual gifts are given not for personal elevation, but for the building up of the Body of Christ
(1 Corinthians 12:4–11; 1 Corinthians 13:1–2; 1 Corinthians 14:40; Romans 12:6–8).
THE CHURCH
We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all believers who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, and through Him alone the Church derives its authority, mission, and identity.
We believe the Church exists to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, equip believers, and demonstrate the love and power of God in the earth. The Church is called to be a holy, unified, and Spirit-empowered community that reflects the character of Christ and advances His Kingdom in every generation. Through teaching, fellowship, prayer, and service, the Church fulfills its calling as God’s redemptive instrument in the world.
We believe that Jesus Christ, as the Head of the Church, has established spiritual leadership for the equipping and strengthening of His people. Scripture affirms that Christ has given apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, bishops, elders, and deacons for the purpose of equipping the saints, building up the Body of Christ, and bringing the Church into spiritual maturity and unity.
We believe biblical leadership is rooted in calling, character, accountability, and service. Spiritual authority is not given for control or self-exaltation, but for the protection, development, and empowerment of God’s people. Leaders are called to shepherd with integrity, teach sound doctrine, guard the Church from error, and model Christlike humility. Through Spirit-led leadership, the Church is equipped to fulfill its mission and advance the Kingdom of God.
(Ephesians 4:11–13; 1 Peter 5:2–3; Hebrews 13:17; Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42–47; Ephesians 1:22–23).

MARRIAGE +
THE FAMILY
We believe that marriage is a sacred covenant ordained by God between one natural born, biological man and one natural born, biological woman. Marriage was established by God from the beginning of creation and is intended to reflect Christ’s covenant relationship with His Church. It is designed for companionship, faithfulness, and the flourishing of family and society (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4–6; Ephesians 5:31–32).
We believe that the family is foundational to God’s design for human community and spiritual formation. Children are a gift from the Lord and are to be nurtured, instructed, and modeled in the ways of God. Sexual intimacy is a gift from God to be expressed exclusively within the covenant of biblical marriage. Kingdom Church affirms and upholds the biblical standard of marriage and family as revealed in Scripture.
SECOND COMING + END TIMES
We believe that Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and bodily in power and great glory. His return is the blessed hope of the Church and the fulfillment of God’s redemptive plan. Christ will come before His millennial reign, defeat the forces of evil, bind Satan, and establish His righteous kingdom on the earth, demonstrating His authority as King of kings and Lord of lords.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead—those who belong to Christ unto everlasting life, and those who reject Him unto judgment. Following His millennial reign and final judgment, God will create a new heaven and a new earth where righteousness dwells. In this eternal state, God will dwell with His redeemed people forever, and His glory will be fully revealed.
The certainty of Christ’s return calls us to holy living, faithful service, and steadfast hope as we await the consummation of all things.
